Leading

These images were explorations I did in Midjourney to create a cover for one of my articles, “Leading as an IC: Five habits of a successful individual contributor”.

The writing is focuses on what it is like to lead without directing a team, and instead by using influence to lay a vision and work with others to validate and make it a reality. I looked for ways to capture this professional journey in the way these characters below face meandering labyrinths and other puzzling structures. I hope you enjoy it.
