Self-Portraits I

In this generative experiment I attempted to create self-portraits with Midjourney.

While I was pleasantly surprised with the results, the model did exaggerate and even distort many of my features, to the point that I no longer felt like it represented me, as you can see here.

With that said, this approach did inspire me enough to return to the topic of portraits and to look for adjustments in my prompt that may get to a more accurate result. At the bottom of this page you can also see experiments I created for the material surrounding my face.
